2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• Inability to complete the service due to external factors beyond our control, such as power failures or natural disasters.
• In the unfortunate event of a significant interruption in our ability to work, such as a team member’s death.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that due to the nature of our work, refunds are not available for:

• Services already completed or in progress where the interruption has not impeded our ability to deliver.
• Minor delays or issues that do not substantially impact the final quality or delivery of the service.
• Client’s change of mind after work has commenced.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

• Contact us at kftpublsihing@pm.me within 3 days of the issue arising.
• Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
• Supply any relevant documentation to support the claim.

5. Review and Processing of Refunds

Upon receiving a refund request, KFT Publishing will:

• Review the claim within 5 business days.
• Communicate the decision to the client promptly.
• Process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
