3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that due to the nature of our work, refunds are not available for:
- Services already completed or in progress where the interruption has not impeded our ability to deliver.
- Minor delays or issues that do not substantially impact the final quality or delivery of the service.
- Client’s change of mind after work has commenced.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients must:
- Contact us at kftpublsihing@pm.me within 3 days of the issue arising.
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Supply any relevant documentation to support the claim.
5. Review and Processing of Refunds
Upon receiving a refund request, KFT Publishing will:
- Review the claim within 5 business days.
- Communicate the decision to the client promptly.
- Process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
